Little kids always say and do the most intresting things, especially when they're raised by nosy people. Hm.. Like me! Well, one day I was just outside playing by myself. (My mom probably locked me out in the backyard so that I'd leave her alone.) I was getting bored, so I walked across my backyard to my new neighbors backyard. Apparently my parents never taught me that you're supposed to knock on the door and wait for someone to anwser it, because I walked right in and said "Hi, I'm Kara Nicholls. Who are you?" That was the day I met the Bratten Family. I was so excited that they had three girls. This meant I'd now have another friend besides WaWa. (Kaitlyn Lafrence) I was even more thrilled when I found out the middle child had the same exact name as me, even spelled the same. Turns out when my mom was having me, she had ran into Kara's mom, Laura, at the hostpital that day. From that day on, I had always played with the Bratten girls. As, we've all grown up together we still hangout. Marissa, who is the youngest, and is a year younger than me is deffinatly the outgoing one of the family. We're workout buddies, and played volleyball together in middle school. Kara, the middle child, can kick anybody's butt at Just Dance on Wii. Shanlee, ohhh.. Shanlee. She's my bestfriend out of the three, but I'm gonna have to have another blog just for her. Laura, she's the mom, we're "bffs." Anytime and everytime I'm at their house she's cleaning, it's like her passion in life. She is also protective, and gets very worried over her little babies. But, she has my vote becaue she always makes sure her house is loaded with good food to 'feed my soul.' (One day I tried convincing her that my mom won't buy us food we like because she doesn't want us to be happy.) Laura is always cooking me something good when I come over after practices to eat. We can't forget about good old Jonny, the father. He's always there to fix our computers for us, which is one of the only things my dad can't do. John also is very good at acting like a monkey, and talking like he's ghetto. That's our J Diddy. So, of course I have some good stories about times with the Bratten family, since they are my second family.
Well, since it is one something in the morning, I can't recall all the stories. (Wipe Out Mountain Dew is keeping me up, I was at a party with Shanlee earlier.) The one story that comes to mind took place in the Lowes parking lot. Did I already mention Laura was a worrier? Well, she sure is. Kara, Shanlee, Laura, and I had went shopping at the mall that day, and we wondered off. Laura wasn't happy with us after having a panic attack and searching all over for us. So while she went into Lowes to get a warrenty on her dishwasher we were given strict orders to stay in the car. So we're sitting in the car, just being bored in waiting. Earlier that day I must have ate something special, because I developed gas while sitting in the van. To avoid spontanious combution, I released my gas. It excreted and awful smell. Now, I could have been a little terd and let everyone in the car pass out from the smell, but I decided to be the nice kind person I am and open the door so the smell could be let out. BEEP BEEP BEEP. Oh, cool. Real cool. The car alarm is going off. Which sets another car alarm off. Which then sets even another car alarm off. And soon we have even more going off. By this point Shanlee and I are busting our nuts laughing. When you're gasy and you start laughing you get even more gasy, incase you didn't know that. In the midst of our outragous laughter we hear Kara crying. She gets scared of her mom when her mom isn't happy with us. So she's freaking out that her mom is gonna know what we did when she comes out to the car. She also mentioned her mom was going to hate me even more, as if her mother thought I was rowdy enough. The car alarm finally goes back off and Laura comes out to the car. We're all trying to hold in our laughter, but she doesn't get what's so funny. Come to find out she couldn't even hear the car alarms in the stores, and thought it was quite funny. Somewhere in a decatur garbage landfill is a piece of paper with the rap we wrote about the car fart on it. Always a good time with the Bratten family.

A Little Something New
Hi there everyone. So, with all the creeping on Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter people do these days, I thought I'd be lame and make a blog. Now you can have direct access to the details of my life. Don't get too excited though. I'm not gonna give away all the details. For example I don't plan on blogging about every time I poop, or how I weigh my self before and after. Because that's just too much information, only the privileged ones are allowed to know that kind of stuff. Hopefully you find it somewhat interesting. Props to my dear aunt Sara Ervin, who also has nothing better to do with her time and has a blog. She was my inspiration for this. If you know her, check it out. http://next-on-my-list.blogspot.com Or if you're just a super creep and want to, go for it. My blog isn't going to be as "I cherish life so much"ish. But, I do plan on telling of interesting things that occur throughout my summer days. Which consist of working out, tanning, and dancing. So this may not be very exciting, and if you know me well enough.. well, I never seem to keep up or finish things I start. My dad would say I'm so like my mom in this way. Of course not my sister though. We'll just have to see how long this will last, before I start feeling too stupid for making a lame blog. That's all for the introduction of this bad boy. I'm gonna go laugh at myself some more for making this.
xoxo, Kara Nicholls.
